Your details, handled plainly
We only collect what you send us to talk about a project. No tracking, no ads, no selling your data.

The short version
- We only get what you type into the project form or send us directly
- No analytics, tracking pixels or ad cookies on this site
- We use your details to reply about your project, nothing else
- Requests that don't become a project are deleted after 12 months
- Email info@3xadigital.com any time to see, fix or delete your data
What we collect
When you send a request through Start a Project, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you add one
- The services you picked and the message you wrote
- The package or demo you started from, if any
- The language you were using on the site
What we don't collect
This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies and no payment forms. We don't build a profile of you or follow you around the web.
Cookies
We use a single cookie that remembers whether you chose English or Arabic, so the site opens in your language next time. It isn't used for tracking and holds nothing about who you are.
How we use your details
Only to handle your request:
- Reply to you about your project by email, phone or WhatsApp
- Send you one confirmation email that we received your request
- Prepare a proposal or quote if you ask for one
We don't send newsletters or marketing, and we never sell, rent or trade your information.
WhatsApp and email
If you message us on WhatsApp or email us directly, that conversation also falls under WhatsApp's or your email provider's own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
If your request doesn't turn into a project, we delete it within 12 months. If we work together, we keep your details for as long as the project and any support agreement last, plus whatever records we're legally required to keep.
Your rights
In line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
